1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and EntrovaLabs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Quizwall mobile application (the "App").
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2.2 Legal Capacity
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
3. Description of Service
3.1 What Quizwall Does
Quizwall is a productivity and educational application that:
- Integrates with Apple's Screen Time API to temporarily restrict access to selected apps
- Requires users to complete educational quizzes to unlock restricted apps
- Tracks learning progress, streaks, and achievements
- Provides leaderboards and gamification features
3.2 AI-Generated Content
Quiz questions are generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). While we strive for accuracy:
- AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors
- Questions are for educational purposes only
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of any quiz content
- Users should not rely on quiz content for professional, medical, legal, or financial decisions
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
Your account is created automatically using your device identifier and iCloud identifier. No email or password is required.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your device
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the referral system, or attempt to manipulate leaderboards.
5. Subscription Terms
5.1 Free Tier
The free tier of Quizwall includes:
- 1 blocked app
- 1 subject category (excluding Languages)
- 5 questions per quiz
- 30-minute unlock duration
- Basic features
5.2 Premium Subscription
Quizwall Premium includes:
- Unlimited blocked apps
- All subject categories including Languages
- Variable question counts (5, 10, 15, 20)
- Variable unlock durations (15, 30, 60 minutes)
- Detailed statistics
- Emergency bypass feature
- Widget access
5.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account
- Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
5.4 Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, go to Settings on your iOS device → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Quizwall → Cancel Subscription.
Upon cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
5.5 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not process refunds directly.
6. Referral Program
6.1 How It Works
Each user receives a unique referral code. When a new user signs up with your code, both parties receive 7 days of free Premium.
6.2 Referral Rules
- You may not create multiple accounts to abuse the referral system
- You may not sell or trade referral codes
- Referral codes may not be publicly posted in spam or misleading contexts
- We reserve the right to revoke referral bonuses obtained fraudulently
7. Leaderboards and Achievements
7.1 Fair Play
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to complete quizzes
- Manipulate your score or ranking
- Exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages
- Create multiple accounts to inflate rankings
7.2 Enforcement
Violations may result in score reset, leaderboard removal, or account suspension/termination.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Ownership
We own or license all rights to the App, its source code, design, graphics, user interface, and the Quizwall name, logo, and branding.
8.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on your personal device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App. You may not remove any copyright or proprietary notices or use the App for commercial purposes without permission.
9. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not violate any applicable laws, infringe on the rights of others, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems, interfere with or disrupt the App, transmit viruses or harmful code, or harass other users.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 "As Is" Basis
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF CONTENT.
10.2 No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that using the App will reduce your screen time, improve your productivity, help you learn any specific content, or break any habits.
10.3 AI Content Disclaimer
Quiz questions are generated by AI and may contain factual errors, outdated information, or incorrect answers. We are not liable for any decisions made based on quiz content.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTROVALABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR $100 USD.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@entrovalabs.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
12.2 Arbitration Agreement
You and EntrovaLabs agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration rather than in court, except for claims in small claims court or injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.
12.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS PART OF ANY CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date, displaying a notice in the App, and sending a push notification for significant changes.
Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device and deleting your account through Settings.
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or any reason at our sole discretion.
16. Apple-Specific Terms
As the App is distributed through the Apple App Store:
- Apple is not a party to these Terms
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
- Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you

BY USING QUIZWALL, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
