How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings on your iPhone → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → Quizwall → Cancel Subscription.

How do I delete my account?

Open Quizwall → Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. This action is irreversible.

Why can't I block certain apps?

Some system apps cannot be blocked due to Apple's restrictions. Additionally, free users can only block 1 app.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are processed by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
